شكّل الشكل البيضوي رمزًا للولادة والتجدّد في أعمال الفنانة. في هذا العمل، يُعاد تقديمه من خلال مسطرة مدرسية باستخدام الفتحة الدائرية، في إحالة إلى الطفولة والبراءة وبدايات التعلّم. ومن خلال تقنية السيانوتايب على قماش قطني، تتحوّل الأداة اليومية إلى أثر شعري، حيث يصبح التكرار علامة على التجدد والعودة إلى حالة أولى غير محجوبة. The oval a symbol of rebirth and fertility in the artist’s work. In this piece, it is reintroduced through an everyday school ruler, using its circular stencil to evoke childhood, innocence, and early learning. Printed as a cyanotype on cotton fabric, the utilitarian object becomes a poetic imprint, where repetition and process transform the circle into a marker of renewal and a return to a formative, unguarded state.
