ينطلق هذا العمل من المثل الشعبي قديمك نديمك الذي يشير إلى قيمة الاستمرارية والارتباط بما يرافق الإنسان عبر الزمن. استخدمت علب البيبسي كرمز مألوف في الذاكرة الجماعية حيث وُضعت علب البيبسي الحديثة فوق الزجاجات القديمة في تكوين طبقي يعكس العلاقة بين الماضي والحاضر. الجديد هنا لا يلغي القديم بل يستند إليه ويكمله في إشارة إلى أن الغنى لا يكون دائمًا في التغيير بل في الاستمرار. العمل منفذ بأسلوب الكولاج ويعتمد على تعدد المستويات والطبقات مما يمنح التكوين عمقًا بصريًا. كما تعزز تقنية السلك سكرين من خلال التكرار والطبقات اللونية فكرة الاعتياد والارتباط بالأشياء اليومية. This work is inspired by the popular proverb Qadeemak Nadeemak, which reflects the value of continuity and the bond with what accompanies us over time. Pepsi cans are used as a familiar symbol within collective memory, where contemporary cans are placed over older glass bottles in a layered composition that reflects the relationship between past and present. The new does not cancel the old but builds upon it, suggesting that richness is not always found in change but in continuity. The work is created using a collage approach and is based on multiple layers and levels, giving the composition visual depth. Through silkscreen printing, repetition and layered colors further emphasize familiarity and our connection to everyday objects.
