Gaza’s Lifeline I, 2026

This piece is part of Always & Forever series, which weaves together stitching motifs of Gaza with photographs taken by my sister Noor and me during our one-month visit to Gaza in 2012. In the photo, a moment lingers—revealing what endures in the city: the ocean—a lifeline that nourishes the vibrant spirit of the people of Gaza and serves as their only escape.
