عمل مكون من أربع قطع على شكل احجار متفاوته في الأحجام والأشكل هذا العمل يرى الحجر كقلب إنسان. ليس قلبًا قاسيًا بطبيعته، بل قلبًا مرّ بالكثير، فتغيّر شكله ليحمي نفسه. كل قطعة تحمل حكاية قلب تعرّض للتجربة: خيبة، صمت، صمود، أو محاولة للنجاة. السطوح المنحوتة والزخارف ليست للزينة، بل تشبه ما تتركه الحياة في داخلنا. آثار تتكرر، خطوط تتراكم، وملامس تكشف ما لا يُقال. كأن كل نقش هو محاولة لترميم شيء انكسر، أو لتجميل ندبة ما زالت حاضرة. اختلاف الأشكال والأحجام يشبه اختلاف البشر؛ كل قلب يتأثر بطريقته، لكنهم يشتركون في شيء واحد: الرغبة في الاستمرار. الحجر هنا لا يرمز للموت أو الجمود، بل للبقاء. لقلبٍ شعر كثيرًا، فتصلّب… لا لأنه خالٍ من الإحساس، بل لأنه امتلأ به. «أثَر» هو ما يبقى فينا بعد كل ما نمرّ به. هو ما لا نراه مباشرة، لكنه حاضر دائمًا A work composed of four pieces shaped like stones, varying in size and form. This work views the stone as a human heart. Not a heart that is harsh by nature, but one that has endured a great deal—its shape altered as a way to protect itself. Each piece carries the story of a heart that has been tested: disappointment, silence, resilience, or an attempt to survive. The carved surfaces and ornaments are not decorative; they resemble what life leaves within us. Repeating marks, accumulated lines, and textures that reveal what is left unsaid. As if every engraving is an attempt to mend something that broke, or to soften a scar that is still present. The difference in shapes and sizes mirrors the differences between people; each heart is affected in its own way, yet they share one thing: the desire to continue. Here, stone does not symbolize death or rigidity, but endurance. A heart that has felt deeply, and thus hardened—not because it lacks feeling, but because it has been filled with it. “Athar” (Trace) is what remains within us after all that we go through.
